All Nations Minimarket will normally provide disposable cutlery and plates when possible, but can provide metal cutlery, crockery, and glassware for the occasion if required at a modest charge, as well as table coverings in colors which can be arranged in discussion with yourself.
The Venue normally will provide tables and chairs for the occasion, but All Nations Minimarket is able to provide these if required.
Everyone has different ideas as to the food which will suit the occasion. With our experience and unbridled passion for outstanding food and flawless service to your celebration or event, we could be the great match (fit) for you!

Catering Options
To give you an idea of what we are able to provide, three different styles of service can be offered:
1). Buffet with staff presence to assist service of food;
2). Buffet without staff assistance to serve the food;
3). Plated service – sit-down meal, i.e., meal requested brought to your table specially.
These can, of course, be adjusted to suit your requirements, so please treat these as suggestions only; we are happy to discuss your requirements as aforementioned.

We are experts in African/Caribbean cuisine and provide a whole range of dishes, including:
i). Variety of African Dishes;
ii). Caribbean dishes;
iii). African – Caribbean dishes (mixture);
iv). Anglo (Euro) African/Caribbean dishes (Multicultural mix and match) your preferences.

Menu A
Two different African – Caribbean dishes with accompaniments.
Suggested dishes: Curried Mutton or W. African Stewed Lamb
Accompaniments: Rice and Peas or Jollof Rice, Cous Cous/ sweet Dumplings (Johnny cakes), Exotic salads.
Menu B
Three different African – Caribbean dishes with Accompaniments.
Suggested dishes: Jerk Chicken or Fried Chicken or Roast Chicken, Curried Mutton, Stewed Mushrooms and vegetables.
Accompaniments: Rice and Peas or Boiled Rice, Cous Cous, Salad: Coleslaw, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber.
Menu C
Starter followed by three main dishes, 4 Accompaniments, and Dessert.
Starter: Exotic fruit salad
Main dishes: Stewed Mushroom & vegetables or Zanzibar curried vegetables (vegan), Stewed Chicken, Dodo (fried Plantains & black-eyed beans with mild pepper sauce) vegan OR Moi moi vegetable or meat option – choose your preference.
Accompaniments: Rice & Peas or Jollof Rice, Sweet Dumplings (Johnny Cakes), Cous Cous, Salad: Coleslaw, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Lettuce.
Dessert: Ice Cream and toppings.
Menu D
Two superior Starters, followed by FIVE exotic main dishes & 5 accompaniments, & a choice of desserts.
Starters: Harira – Egusi Vegetable soup, Melon Balls & mixed fruit salad exotic.
Main Dishes: Jerk Chicken or Roast Chicken, Fried Fish (Hake, Tilapia, Croaker) please state your preference Or Escoveitch Fish Snapper with mixed Capsicums sauce ( mild, medium or hot -please choose), Curried Mutton or W.A. Lamb Stew (Boneless or on – the- bone) please state your preference, Stewed Mushrooms & Vegetables or Zanzibar curried vegetables (vegan), Fufu: POUNDED YAM OR MAIZEMEAL OR GROUND RICE…PLEASE STATE YOUR PREFERENCE.
Accompaniments: Jollof Rice, Rice and peas, Cous Cous, Sweet Dumplings, Exotic Salad.
Desserts: Ice Cream & toppings, Alma D’ike bread & butter pudding with custard or plain.

Entertainment
We can provide entertainment in the form of an African – Caribbean Steel band with 2 – 5 cast (members) to suit your budget, African Drumming performances, workshops, dancers, and tuitions at reasonable charges.
Corporate team-building drumming workshops involve interactive optional audience participation (hands – on –drums and various other African instruments). This is very popular and well received in various institutions not excluding Universities, Schools, Kindergartens, Charities, Churches, etc. Please contact us for quotes.
Furthermore, the amazing fun Limbo dancing demonstrations and optional audience participation can be incorporated into your booking if requested.
